Also, go right to the top. Call the presidents office and ask to speak to
him as well as sending out the email to these addresses. I had a call within
hours.

I came across your blog from googling Fin aid problems at Broward College. I am having problems with my financial aid because of the incompetency of the staff who gave me mis-information.
