Broward College – The Awakening
I just received a call from the Director of Financial Aid. It appears that she was able to push through my transcript, get it approved, and has contacted my lender and told them of their snafu and request immediate disbursement so that I can get my funds as planned.
I told her that I was quite appreciative of her assistance and it was a shame that I have to email everyone in the executive team at BCC about issues. We talked for a bit about my experiences with her department and she wants me to share any and all issues I encounter with her so that she can relay them to the board and work on learning from the mistakes that are encountered first hand by a student.
